The Managing Director of Tanzania Standard Newspaper company (TSN) Ms. Asha Dachi alongside employees from the Digital and Marketing Departments, joined the rest of the world in celebrating Customer Service Week, reaffirming its commitment to providing exceptional service and strengthening relationships with its clients and partners on October 10, 2025.

The celebration, held at TSN offices located at Samora Avenue in Dar es Salaam, In her remarks, the Managing Director thanked the customers for their supports and commended all staff for their continued dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction and urged them to uphold TSN’s core values of professionalism. She emphasized that excellent customer service remains a key pillar in achieving TSN’s vision of being the most preferred media house globally.
