The Chief Executive Officer of the Tanzania Culture and Arts Fund, CPA Nyakaho Mturi Mahemba, today, July 7, 2026, visited the Tanzania Standard Newspapers (TSN) exhibition booth located at the Ministry of Information, Culture, Arts and Sports pavilion during the 50th Dar es Salaam International Trade Fair (Sabasaba).

During the visit, CPA Mturi had the opportunity to explore and receive detailed information about the various products and services offered by TSN, including the publication of government newspapers and its digital library services, which provide access to valuable archives of historical newspaper editions.

Speaking after touring the booth, CPA Mturi commended TSN for its significant efforts in preserving historical newspaper archives, noting that the initiative plays an important role in safeguarding the nation's history while enabling citizens, researchers, students, and other stakeholders to access historical information easily and efficiently.
