Employees of the Tanzania Standard Newspapers Company (TSN) have been provided with a special seminar aimed at strengthening their capacity to implement the Institution’s Strategic Plan for the financial years 2026–2030.
The seminar was conducted by the Head of the Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit, Mr. Joseph Moshi, earlier this week. It began on Monday, April 20, 2026, and concluded today, Friday, April 24, 2026, at the company’s headquarters in Tazara, Dar es Salaam.
Mr. Moshi clearly explained how the institution will carry out its responsibilities over the next five years, outlining the goals, strategies, and key priorities that will help improve productivity and efficiency in daily operations.
In addition, employees received special training on a skills development plan designed to improve the quality of services provided by the institution, in line with Public Service guidelines (TNA). The training was delivered by the Human Resources Officer, Ms. Edna Mahimbo, who emphasized the importance of continuous learning and professional development to meet modern work demands and deliver better services.
The seminars were provided to all TSN units and departments.
